No class at 6pm or 8pm tonight (Monday 5th May) Bank Holiday - However there is a 7pm open class for all levels. Beginners back on next week as normal at 8pm

Sparring Classes

Level 1 & 2 Sparring class starting on Wednesday May 7th at 6pm. Wednesday night's 6pm class is now merged with Thursday's 7pm Blue belt and above class.
