Sports Awards - Ken Horan
Ken Horan took top spot at the Galway sports award in his home town of Galway – he lifted kickboxer of the year at the Gala awards ceremony – Ken is currently in Italy at the WKAO world championships he fights later today.
Information for Saturday’s Pads Class
Pads Class is on as normal - and for those who put their name down for the event in December important to be at the gym training on Saturday afternoon at 12.45pm.
Class changes
NOTE: Advanced Beginners 6pm Monday and now 7.30pm Thursday. Friday's yellow belt class at 5.30pm is now merged with orange belt class good both classes are at 7pm. Note Friday's yellow & Orange come together at 7pm
Stick The Boot In
