Ken Horan vs Szymon Was.
Long standing WKN World Kickboxing amateur champion Ken Horan and his team are going full throttle with Kens first promotion on the 18th April in Galway. Horan lost his world title in a disputed but very close fight against Szymon Was. The teenager from Poland shared the spoils of war with Horan when judges couldn’t split them as they declared a draw but ringside officials gave Was the crown on a count back.
Ken Horan will face Poland's Syzmon Was in a rematch for the WKN world middleweight title. It's been several years since the Hitman Horan has fought at home. He's not just preparing himself but several new fighters and will also promote his first major kickboxing event.

Good luck Ken , myself and my family will be in Galway to support you and all the other prokick boys. I was there at the waterfront when you defended your title ( eventhough the polish lad Was was given the belt) dont know what the judges were thinking that night or what fight they watched…but you have always shown true grit, it will be a tough fight the rematch but you have the fighting Irish will to win!
I’d like to see all the kickboxing and fight fan world in ireland to come out and get behind Ken the Hitman Horan, I know you are getting help for Mr M and his team but what about the rest of the kickboxing on this Isle? Come on get behind the hit man Horan!!!
See you soon Ken and best of luck to your new team also.
