Well New WKN Super Welterweight Amateur European K1 Champion Mark Bird and Coach Mr Murray head out this weekend for Marks fight against the tough Diego Diserens. The pair will compete in a K1 style bout over 4x2 minute rounds.

the names sheldon, im from portrush, moved up to belfast for work just over a year ago, started prokick in october and loving it
hopefully i will be able to attend the next grading and get my yellow belt, work every other weekend so it can be a pain sometimes, not easy to get off at short notice
