BootCamp Number 3 2010 what a cold cold morning. Tough enough today and plenty of new faces there, new faces for M & M to kick into shape. Sprints were a disaster for me and im sure many others, second lap nearly had me through a wall as I stumble up wilgar street but I dont think 30 fellow prokickers seen me ha ha. 4 Days left yee haw.

Today was like no other, well to people. Bootcamp the 3rd Day 2 was absoulty freezing and hail stone showers at 5.30 running threw Holywood and i didnt have any Earphones for my Mp3. On the upside beat my time by 5 seconds. One thing if why do people have legs to walk not to be carried especialy when i was nearly eating tarmac, was funny though. Great day at BootCamp need to work on Strength and keeping them legs straight. Bring on Wednesday.

Two days down in my first Boot Camp.. felt like whatever poorly developed abs I have under by beer belly were about to explode and I’m pretty sure my thighs already have!
I also want to apologise to the poor fella who ended up with me on their back, walking up Wilgar St.. probably should have made it clear that I weighed in at 103 yesterday before we started!! Sorry!
Equaled my 1st lap time from yesterday which was slightly disappointing.. looking back at it now I know I could have and should have put more into it.
Well, I’m off work today so no call centre shenanigans for me!! Will head down to fitness first for a light workout and soak in the steam room for a while then back to ProKick for the final beginners class!! All in hards day work!

To quote from Monty Python’s The Meaning Of Life… “Better get a bucket, I’m gonna throw up”

Great way to end the day, after running to redburn to Meet Adrain for a lift to Bootcamp then doing bootcamp then straight after a nine hour shift i got of the train one stop early and ran the rest of the way home and feel pretty good about it a day of fitness makes a whole lot of difference (im knackered lol). Not long till day 3.

Day Three BootCamp 3. Very tough day, left leg was saying stop but after a short debate the majority of limbs won the vote. Will’s big idea went well lol i was second last Greig top team mate. Very sore and exhausted the extra sit ups and run before class are taking the toll need a rest day i think. 2 days to go got to make to Friday.

No rest for the wicked, Will.. and wicked you are!! Whatever gave you the idea that piggybacks around the lap is good? My arms felt like where going to fall off!
Toughest day by far.. can really feel it.. Over half way through it though. These last two days are going to be tough mentally as well as physically.. got to hang in there, though.
