Well i am William Joseph Micheal Greenham, i work for myself, i dress myself and i wash myself.

I have bounced from job to job and place to place and now live in Holywood Co Down best county in Ireland. I finished schooleasrly and as i say i became street smart, not this book smart where you they dont have common sense street smart you teach yourself everything you werent taught by your parents. I can say i would prefer to know how to deal with a bad sisituation that have to take out a book or call a friend if you get what im saying.

In Sept 09 my life was thrown into a spin dryer and still spinning. I gave up my job as Management at the Culloden Hotel and opened my first business. Very very hard work but i had the support from my partner and family that definatly helped. I realised that if you want something you have got to go get it yourself. Business is good and looking to get my 2nd one up and running this year. Just need to take that scary step and take that chance and go for it.  November i joined Prokick and it was like a shock to me how fit i was and how much my fitness has came on. I love kickboxing now and always trying moves out everywere i go all i can say is keep it in the gym injured myself a few times, do try it near hot coffee or in car park near any cars.

Toning up is what i strive to do i hate sit ups but i know the help tighten you ive got great legs i must say but great legs and muffin tops dont look good. I really surprised myself how much i have got into the fitness and relise you dont need state of the art technology to assist you all you need is your mind your mp3 and good running shoes.
