Would you like to be in the last sparring class of 2009 then all ProKick members are welcome. Also it's the final class of a six-week beginners at 6pm
Last Classes Of 2009
Hi all hope you had a nice Christmas. if you are still full of the festive cheer then level 2 sparring class is on tonight at 7pm. In addition to that if you want a spar to kick-start the New Year we will have a separate class running in tandem so all are welcome to the 7pm class that's if you are up for an hour of non stop sparring tonight.
Also advances beginners and yellow belters can join in on this class below at 6pm - it will be a fast moving class, finishing with a pad session. See below:

i agree guys, what a great class! i had a great spar tonight, im looking forward to 2010 and getting back to the fighters class and getting back into the ring!!

My whole body is aching after tonight’s class. Ive fairly stiffened up after a week of beer, turkey & laying on the setee. Your not the only one who got a sore nose tonight either Mark…....Ouch!
