New Kickboxing Beginners
A new group of kickboxers will now move to next level - Last night saw the end of a SIX week kickboxing class. The group finished the six week beginners course and are now keen to learn more kickboxing ProKick style. The high kickers finished the course off with a hard pads class for their final class.
The graduates can all train twice a week now starting from this week ( check Timetable for advance bebinners, Under Advanced beginners ) - in the hopes of moving up the ladder of kickboxing excellence, well done to all who completed the 6 week course. See you all next week!

advanced beginners is on check out the time table and keep checking the prokick alerts for class time changes.
you do get a little sore and stiff when you first begin but it’ll settle down i always think no pain no gain.
I’m really glad you’se are enjoying the classes and even chatting on the website and forum it’s great to be able to talk about your training and give and receive advise from other members.
you will find it addictive from here on in .

yea will, shoulders were sore the next day, and strangly i had no grip in my hands lol! but cant wait to start the advanced beginners, bring it on =)

When does it begin Miss, i actuali cant wait. I never thought i would get into it but i have which is oddly strange. Ryan you feel it in the arms? I do like cant lift a thing without help lol. Will world champ by 2015

training is now up to two nights a week if you want and i can tell you it gets addictive from here on in.
